Dr. Kay your newletter or email blast on creating a relationship with your Vet was spot on. I discuss the same subject matter with every client, almost exactly as you stated and offer similar suggestions from Everyone&#039;s gone Surfin&#039; part 2. I offer Vet referrals to new clients who don&#039;t know of a Vet or help clients who are unhappy with their current Vet find another Vet. As a trainer, I get questions from clients who have surfed for training advice or watch TV training and are confused by the myriad of training techniques. I feel knowledge is power and it doesn&#039;t hurt to surf and then ask an expert to help sift through all the information. GREAT piece!</description>
